After inspecting the home, we identified the main areas of concern: one leak coming from a pipe boot and another caused by missing shingles. To repair the issues, our crew installed two new PermaBoots over the existing pipe flashing boots for added protection. We also replaced both Broan vents, one of which was actively leaking, and installed new shingles and SealoronXT Ice&Water as needed to properly seal the updated vents.
