Melissa in Gardiner, NY, was concerned when a recent home inspection revealed the need for a new roof. As a new homeowner, she wanted to make the best decisions for her property. That's why she chose Klaus Larsen Roofing. Scott, a homeowner in Gardiner, NY, knew it was time to replace his 25-year-old roof. Wanting to give his family a safe, secure home with a sturdy roofing system built to last, he reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for a full roof replacement. After receiving a free inspection and detailed quote, Scott felt confident moving forward with the project. On installation day, our crew began by removing the aging shingles and carefully checking the roof decking for any damaged or rotted plywood. Any compromised boards were replaced with fresh, new ones to ensure a solid foundation. Then we installed the SealoronXT Deck Tape, followed by the SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield and VeloraOne Roof Underlayment. Together, these layers create a powerful moisture barrier to keep the home protected from the elements. To finish it off, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the striking color Emerald Green, giving the home a refreshed look and long-lasting performance. Another home protected the Klaus Roofing Way!

We replaced the roof on this garage with IKO Shadow Brown shingles.

Larry in Stone Ridge, NY, reached out to us after discovering a leak in his roof that had started to cause concern. Upon inspection, our team found that the existing roof had aged beyond repair and needed a full replacement to properly protect the home. We began by removing all the old shingles and inspecting the decking underneath to ensure it was solid. Any damaged wood was replaced before we moved forward with the installation. After the prep work was complete, we installed a brand-new roofing system using IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the color Granite Black. These shingles not only give the home a sharp look but also provide superior durability and wind resistance. The finished roof completely transformed the appearance of Larry’s home while giving him peace of mind that his roof is built to handle whatever the weather brings for many years to come.

Joe in Wallkhill, NY was looking for a new gutter system installation. With aged gutters, Joe was facing clogs and sagging spouts. At Klaus Larsen Roofing, we use the high-quality Gutter Shutter. Gutter Shutter guarantees no leaking, sagging, or clogging. With a wide mouth hole that is 4x bigger to get water out faster and downspouts that are double the size of conventional spouts, water moves through much faster and resists freezing and clogging. Joe chose the color cream for his GutterShutter, and it complements the home perfectly.
