A home with a roof life of 25 years had a leak around the skylight, so the homeowners decided to reach out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for a roof replacement. 

This home had two layers of shingles, with the first layer being installed in the 70s.

Romeo in Poughkeepsie, NY, needed a roof replacement after his insurance company required it to be done. Unsure of the roof’s age or material, he knew it was time to act when shingles started to go missing. After receiving one of our mailers, he reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for help.

Our crew stripped off the old shingles and replaced any damaged plywood before starting fresh with our Klaus Larsen Roofing system. We applied SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the seams between the boards, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water to protect vulnerable areas and VeloraONE Underlayment to prevent leaks across the rest of the roof. Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Frostone Gray, giving his home long-lasting protection and a clean, modern look. The Klaus Roofing Way!
