The roof was more than 25 years old, and while the leaks mainly appeared during periods of heavy snow buildup, the overall condition and appearance of the roof made replacement the right long-term decision.

Our team installed a complete Klaus Roofing System on both structures, including doubled and stepped flashing caps to help provide extra protection in vulnerable transition areas. 

The new roofing system was built using SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield, VeloraONE Roof Underlayment, and SealoronXT Deck Tape where needed, for added protection beneath the shingles. To complete the installation, David selected IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black paired with brown chimney flashing, giving the home and garage a bold, updated appearance while improving long-term protection against the elements.
