The project manager, Bobby Weiss was always present while the job was being done helping his crew not just being there. Luis and his crew were very professional and diligent. Photos were shown before each part of the project keeping us abreast of any situation not just talking about what was done. Everyone knew exactly what had to be done. The clean-up was great. Highly recommend!!!! Chris and Greg came to my house to give an estimate for my roof a few months ago. They came prepared with an estimated square foot of my house and were very professional when explaining the process and exactly what needed to get done. Although I wasn't ready to make a decision that day, they didn't make me feel pressured and gave me samples and fliers to keep. I still have not gotten my roof done, but when I'm ready, I'll definitely call Chris at Klaus again!

After Chris spent 45 minutes measuring the roof and taking pictures, he clearly explained the process conveniently providing samples of not only shingles but flashing and vent materials.
