Before Photo Highlighting Repairs Made
The original roof showed clear signs of patching, with several areas discolored from old repair work. Even though the surface looked intact from a distance, subtle issues, like the return of a recent leak, revealed deeper problems underneath. This photo captures the final condition before we removed everything for a proper, long-term solution.
Stripping The Roof
As we stripped away the shingles, the actual source of the leaks became much more obvious. Damaged plywood and deteriorated sections around the ridge vent showed where water had been entering for months. This step allowed us to fully diagnose and repair everything before rebuilding.
Seal Installation
Once the damaged boards were replaced, we applied SealoronXT Ice & Water and VeloraONE Underlayment for full moisture protection. These layers create a watertight barrier over the entire roof deck, preventing leaks from wind-driven rain or ice damming. With the seals in place, the roof was fully prepared for the new shingles.
Final Roof
The finished roof in Emerald Green transformed the entire home, giving it a clean, standout look while providing reliable year-round protection. All the weak spots from the old roof were replaced with a much stronger system built to last. This final image shows the roof fully completed the Klaus Roofing Way.
