Stripping The Roof
Our crew stripped the old shingles down to the decking, making sure the surface was clean and secure before building the new system. This step is key to giving the new roof a strong foundation. Next, they will replace any damaged plywood with new boards for a strong deck.
Installing the Seals
Here you can see the protective layers going on. The SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield at the vulnerable edges and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the deck. These seals keep water out and give Nicole's home lasting leak protection.
Final Photo
The finished roof looks stunning with IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Grey and crisp white drip metal. Not only is Nicole's home refreshed, but it's also covered with a system built to stand up to the elements for decades. The Klaus Roofing Way!
