The Original Roof
Claire's original roof in Pine Bush, NY was showing serious signs of wear. Dark streaks ran down the shingles, and several sections were missing entirely, leaving her home exposed to the elements. It was clear this aged roof was overdue for a full replacement.

Stripping Off The Old Roofing Materials
Here you can see the crew in action, stripping off the old shingles to make way for a brand-new roofing system. Removing the worn layers is a crucial step, it allows us to inspect the decking underneath and ensures a solid, long-lasting foundation for the new roof. Every Klaus Larsen Roofing job starts with a clean slate!

Applying The Seals
This photo captures a key step in the roofing process, applying our waterproofing layers. After the old shingles were removed and the decking inspected, we sealed the plywood seams with SealoronXT Deck Tape. Then, we added SealoronXT Ice & Water along all vulnerable areas like the edges and valleys. Finally, the entire surface was covered with VeloraOne Roof Underlayment to complete the barrier. These layers work together to protect the home from leaks and moisture year-round.

Final Roof Replacement
The finished roof is a showstopper! Monaco Red IKO Dynasty shingles gave Claire's home a vibrant, refreshed look that stands out in all the right ways. Beyond the curb appeal, she now has a durable roofing system built to last for decades, backed by our 50-year transferable warranty. Feeling confident in her investment, Claire even brought us back to install brand-new seamless gutters with gutter protection, completing the full exterior upgrade.
