Roof Replacement in Pleasant Valley, NY

Jeff in Pleasant Valley, NY, reached out to us because his roof had gotten to the point where it couldn’t wait any longer. Any time there was heavy rain combined with heat, water would start leaking into the home, and there was visible moss growing on parts of the shingles. After our inspection, we recommended a full roof replacement to stop the leaks for good and prevent the moisture issues from spreading. Jeff chose IKO Dynasty shingles in the Brownstone color with matching brown drip metal, which will give the home a clean, updated look. Because of the leaking history, we also added extra SealoronXT Ice & Water to protect the vulnerable areas and make sure this new roofing system keeps his home dry for years to come.
