Roof Replacement in Yonkers, NY

Gina and Robert in Yonkers, NY, were dealing with an active roof leak at both of their front doors. After years of patchwork, the roof had reached the point where a full roof replacement was the only solution. Our crew first tripped away three layers of old shingles on the rear main roof, making sure the decking underneath was still solid. From there, we sealed the plywood with SealoronXT Deck Tape and added SealoronXT Ice&Water around the roof's most vulnerable areas, and installed VeloraOne Roof Underlayment to lock out any leaks. With the roof fully protected, we installed the matte black IKO Dynatsy shingles with matching black drip metal. The result is a clean, updated look that fixes the leaks and gives Gina and Robert's home long-lasting protection. The Klaus Roofing Way!
