Roof Replacement in Holmes, NY

Camille in Holmes, NY had a roof that was over 35 years old. While it didn’t have any major leaks, the shingles were badly faded and no longer protecting the home the way they should. It was clear the roof had reached the end of its life and needed a full replacement. After tearing off the old system and replacing the plywood underneath, we installed a brand-new roof using IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Gray. These architectural shingles are designed with a larger nailing surface, a tear-resistant ArmourZone strip, and FastLock sealant to create a stronger bond against the elements. The new system not only looks refreshed but also comes with a 130 MPH wind warranty, giving Camille lasting protection and peace of mind.
