Roof Replacement in Monroe, NY

This homeowner in Monroe, NY, reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing after noticing signs that the roof had aged beyond its prime. Faded shingles, discoloration, and early signs of deterioration. Our team began with a full roof inspection and provided a free quote, walking the homeowner through the best options. Once approved, we fully stripped off the old roofing system and inspected the decking underneath to make sure it was solid.

Next, we sealed the roof deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape, which closes the gaps between plywood boards to prevent water intrusion. Then we applied our VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for a secondary barrier against water, and SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in the most vulnerable areas like edges, valleys, and around penetrations. Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Matte Black for a durable finish. The before-and-after photo really shows the improvement, a clean, modern roof that’s built to last.
