Roof Replacement in Lake Katrine, NY

Chris wasn’t sure of his roof’s exact age, but he knew it was time for an upgrade. Over the years, he had patchwork and repairs done, as shown by the color differences in the before photo. Just six months ago, Chris had a leak fixed, but the repair didn’t fully resolve the issue—moisture was still seeping into the attic near the ridge vent and wetting the wood. Realizing that more patchwork wasn’t the solution, Chris reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for a free quote and inspection for a full roof replacement. On the day of the replacement, our crew immediately began stripping off the old roofing to uncover the root causes of the leaks. We replaced any rotting or damaged boards and then applied an Ice & Water seal and Roof Underlayment, ensuring that the new roof would be fully protected and free from future leaks. Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the striking Emerald Green color. The result? A roof that’s not only beautiful but also protected, providing Chris with a fresh, flawless new layer for his home. The Klaus Roofing Way!
