Ram in Bedford, NY, already had a newer gutter system in place but was running into issues with debris buildup and wanted a solution to keep everything flowing properly. Rather than replacing the gutters, he decided to add protection to the most problem-prone areas of the home.
Our team installed Raindrop Gutter Guards along two key sections on the right side of the house, including the northernmost rear run and the front run along the northeast side. These guards are designed with a flexible flange to adapt to different roof conditions while allowing water to pass through and keeping debris out.
With the gutter protection in place, Ram’s system is now better equipped to handle leaves and debris, helping reduce maintenance and keep water moving away from the home. The Klaus Roofing Way!
Miklos in Amenia, NY, owns a mobile home with a roof that was pushing 40 years old. The old metal coating had started peeling away, and a couple of leaks in the ceiling made it clear the roof couldn’t wait much longer. With winter around the corner, Miklos wanted a replacement as soon as possible to protect his home. Our crew got to work by first removing the old metal roof and replacing it with brand-new decking, installing 18 sheets of plywood to create a solid foundation. From there, we installed 135 feet of drip metal along the edges and applied 6 squares of 3-step modified bitumen in white for added durability. To finish, we installed a Polyglass Polar SA 3-ply SBS roof membrane, backed by a 20-year warranty. Now Miklos has a roof built to handle the weather for decades to come, and peace of mind knowing his home is well protected.
