We revived the roof of this wonderful home in Patterson, NY!

Evan in Waccabuc, NY noticed signs of past leaks and knew it was time to give his home a fresh start with a roof that would last. Wanting the peace of mind that comes with a 50-year warranty, he called Klaus Larsen Roofing. Our crew completed a full roof replacement on both the house and detached garage. During the project, we found leaks around at least one pipe boot and daylight showing through the nearby step flashing, likely from shifted flashing or ice and water shield that wasn’t intact. We corrected these issues and installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Gray with white drip metals and black chimney flashing for a clean, sharp finish. Now Evan’s home is protected and ready for the years ahead.
