After 25 years, it was leaking heavily into the front right bedroom closet, with other slow leaks showing up throughout the home. Knowing how urgent the situation was, our roofing company made this job a priority and got started right away. Because the original roof had skip sheathing, all of the decking needed to be replaced. We gave the home a brand-new plywood deck before installing a full roofing system using IKO shingles in the color Shadow Brown. To complete the look and ensure full protection, we installed brown drip edge metals and new brown chimney flashing. As a roofing contractor that focuses on long-term protection, we also used SealoronXT Deck Tape between the plywood boards, SealoronXT Ice & Water in the most vulnerable areas, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the rest of the surface to help prevent future leaks under the IKO shingles.
