Alexander in Tivoli, NY, reached out to us after noticing leaks forming over his porch just three years after having a new roof installed. He didn’t want to replace the entire roof again, but he needed a lasting fix for the problem areas. Our team removed the existing porch roof to address the issue properly and replaced the head wall flashing where the porch meets the house. We then installed new IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, ensuring the connection between the porch and main roof was watertight and built to last.
Original roof was 30 years old and needed new flashing around the chimney that was causing leaks.
This home had two layers of shingles, with the first layer being installed in the 70s.
