After meeting with Mary, we knew we needed to create a solution that would work for this unique job. Mary decided to invest in a metal roof, not just for the beauty, but for the long-term benefits. Multiple Owner Town Home Roof Replacement

Our sales reps worked with the owners of this townhome, inspecting both attics and roofs simultaneously. The roof was in horrible shape, as it had three layers of shingles on it, poor ventilation, small, poorly executed patch jobs, and one of the owners even had mold growing on her roof decking! The excessive weight of the shingles caused the roof deck to bow, as well as causing multiple leaks. Someone attempted to fix the ventilation previously with off ridge vents that vented the air out the side, but it was the top of the attic that wasn't vented properly, not the bottom.
